Merchant Identity

All Merchant/Seller shall submit proof of identity and business.

Note: PayPal Charges 5.4% + 0.30 USD to process all transactions, this 5.4% + 0.30 USD is not an xStorez charge and it’s deducted automatically by PayPal.

Product Delivery

Once an order has been confirmed all products must be delivered to the customer via currier, Seller must provide tracking or periodic updates on the product delivery.

After product has been delivered Seller must provide proof from Currier that the product has been delivered.

Failure to provide delivery updates could result in PAYMENT DELAYS or NO PAYMENTS from xStorez to the Seller.

c. Document signed by customer that goods have been received.

i. Product

Funds will be distributed to merchant based on request after CURRIER have received and delivered the Item to customer.

ii. Downloadable

Funds will be distributed to merchant based on request 7-14 working days after sales.

Approval

1. Account Approval

All merchant account will be thoroughly validated before approval.

2. Product Approval

All Product will be thoroughly validated before approval.

3. Downloadable Approval

All Downloadable will be thoroughly validated before approval.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable (Whether in Contract, Warranty, Tort, (including negligence, product liability or other) or otherwise) to you or any other person for cost of cover, recovery and or recoupment of any investment made by you or your affiliates in connection with this agreement, or for any loss or profit, revenue, business, or data or punitive or consequential damages arising out of or relating to this agreement, even if we were advised of the possibility of those costs or damages.

Merchant Subscriptions

Merchants subscription due date is the 20^th of each month, If said date falls on the weekend, the payment is due on the next business day.

Termination

Merchants reserves the rights to terminate their account at any given time either by writing or email.

Failure to pay subscription will result in Online Store being cancelled and removed. Said online store will remain deactivated until balance is settled. Failure to reactivate said account will be interpreted as a termination in which online store will be removed from public access.

Refund

We will endeavour to complete review within seven to fourteen (7-14) days of being contacted by User. All determinations of xStorez with respect to these User Refund Policy, including without limitation the orders to be refunded and the size of any refund, shall be final and binding.

Credit Card Fraud

We will bear the risk of credit card fraud (i.e., fraudulent purchases arising from unauthorized use of a third party's credit card). We may in our sole discretion withhold for investigation, refuse to process, restrict shipping destinations for, stop and/or cancel any of your transactions.

PayPal Transactions – (Jamaica Only)

All PayPal transactions will be paid out in JMD for BANK transfers.

- If you require the PayPal transactions in USD please provide a PayPal Account.

Food & Beverage

Properly prepared, sealed foods and beverages must be appropriately packaged and labelled. Products need to be shipped appropriately to protect the quality and safety of the food, to avoid melting, spoilage, and damage etc. All food packaging must include the following but not limited to:

Product name

Expiration date
Net content quantity and weight
Name and address of the packaging company

Prohibited List

· Replicas, counterfeit items, and unauthorized copies
· Use of other merchants copyrighted media
· Unrestricted or excessive listing of one item
· Operating multiple Seller accounts for the same business
· Misuse of ratings and feedback or reviews
· Firearms, weapons, and knives (except-cutlery)
· Illegal Services or sexual in nature
· Any offensive material, which includes items that are racially or ethnically inappropriate

Modifications.

We may amend any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any given time at our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective upon the posting of such changes on our website. You are responsible for reviewing these locations and informing yourself of all applicable changes or notices. Your continued use of our services after posting any changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications.
